Water Logic is published by Pink Gin Studios, accessible at pinkginstudios.com. This policy explains our privacy practices for the Water Logic app on iOS and Android.
What We Collect
Nothing. Water Logic contains no analytics tools, no advertising SDKs, no tracking code, and no data collection of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, device identifiers, location, usage patterns, or any other personal information.
Game Progress & Local Storage
All game data — your puzzle progress, completed levels, and settings — is stored locally on your device using standard operating system storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted anywhere. If you delete the app, this data is removed along with it.
There are no user accounts, no login, and no cloud sync.
Purchasing the App
Water Logic is a one-time paid purchase ($4.99) processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing and payment information is handled directly by Apple or Google — we never see, receive, or store any payment details. Their privacy policies govern that transaction:
Children's Privacy
Water Logic is rated Everyone (ESRB) and PEGI 3, and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we also collect none from children under 13. We are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — there is simply no data to collect or share.
Third Parties
Beyond the App Store purchase transaction described above, Water Logic has no third-party integrations. There are no advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting services, or social media SDKs included in the app.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change our data practices, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. Any significant changes would be reflected in an app update.
